Refund Policy

Class Bookings

✅ Refund Conditions:

  • Full refund if cancelled 14+ days before the session.

  • Partial refund (50% of the fee or store credit) if cancelled 7–13 days before the class.

  • Rescheduling option available instead of refund, subject to availability.

🚫 No Refunds For:

  • Cancellations within 7 days of the session.

  • Missed classes after the session has started.

  • Exceptions: In case of illness or emergency, rescheduling may be considered with proof.

Store Products

✅ Refund Conditions:

  • Full refund for damaged, incorrect, or missing items reported within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must have proof of issue (e.g., photos of damage).

  • Refunds issued as store credit or returned to the original payment method.

  • Exchanges available for eligible products.

🚫 Non-Refundable Items:

  • Custom or personalised products (unless faulty).

  • Items not reported within the 30-day timeframe.

  • Exceptions: If an item arrives with minor defects, a partial refund or replacement may be offered.
