Class Bookings
✅ Refund Conditions:

Full refund if cancelled 14+ days before the session.

Partial refund (50% of the fee or store credit) if cancelled 7–13 days before the class.

Rescheduling option available instead of refund, subject to availability.
🚫 No Refunds For:

Cancellations within 7 days of the session.

Missed classes after the session has started.

Exceptions: In case of illness or emergency, rescheduling may be considered with proof.
Store Products
✅ Refund Conditions:

Full refund for damaged, incorrect, or missing items reported within 30 days of delivery.

Items must have proof of issue (e.g., photos of damage).

Refunds issued as store credit or returned to the original payment method.

Exchanges available for eligible products.
🚫 Non-Refundable Items:

Custom or personalised products (unless faulty).

Items not reported within the 30-day timeframe.

Exceptions: If an item arrives with minor defects, a partial refund or replacement may be offered.
