Store Products

✅ Ordering & Payment:

• All orders must be paid in full before shipment.

• Prices include VAT where applicable.

✅ Shipping & Delivery:

• We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.

• Lost items must be reported within 30 days of expected delivery.

✅ Refunds & Returns:

• Full refund for damaged, incorrect, or missing items if reported within 30 days.

• Custom or personalised items are non-refundable, unless faulty.

 

Class Bookings

✅ Payment & Booking:

• Payment confirms your place in the session.

• Prices may vary based on venue hire or custom requests.

✅ Cancellations & Refunds:

• Full refund if cancelled 14+ days before the session.

• Partial refund if cancelled 7–13 days before the class.

• No refunds for cancellations within 7 days of the session.

• Rescheduling available in case of illness or emergency.
